Problem situation and solution

I downloaded the program but it doesn't start!

There are reasons to check when a program does not start.
1-Is the receiver connected to your PC?

The screen is cut off and looks weird.

The program is basically designed for a resolution of 1920*1080.

It looks like the headgear isn't working.

There are a few things to check when it doesn't work.

How do I charge the battery?
